Delivery is via Australia Post.
Your delivery cost is $20 plus $5 for each catalogue item. Where your order includes custom-made items, they will be delivered
separately to your ready-made and cutback items. In this case an additional $20 base delivery cost will be charged.
Goods means the blinds, window furnishings or other products manufactured or supplied by The Internet Blind Shop and the subject of the order made by You.
You and Your means the person ordering Goods from The Internet Blind Shop.
We or Us or Our mean The Internet Blind Shop whose business is located at Linkes Lane Ottaba Via Toogoolawah QLD 4313 (Australia)
Our online store invites You to buy Goods from Us. A legally binding contract with You will only arise once The Internet Blind Shop has received payment for the Goods in full from You. We shall notify you of acceptance of Your order by e-mail to the e-mail address given by You in the order form. We regret We cannot accept orders from outside of Australia.
The price for any Goods ordered by You will be the price shown on the order confirmation section at Our online store at the time You place Your order and will include all G.S.T applicable at the time.
At the time of order a delivery charge will be payable in respect of deliveries made to locations within Australia. The delivery charge will be that shown at the online store at the time You place Your order.
Right to cancel your order
Your Order may not be cancelled by You once the payment has been confirmed. You must contact us by email to confirm cancellation. All payments will be refunded to you via Your credit card or direct deposit within 30 days of cancellation of Your Order.
We reserve the right to cancel your order if:
- We have insufficient stock to deliver the Goods You have Ordered.
- You require delivery outside of Australia.
- One or more of the Goods was listed at the incorrect price due to typographical error or and error in the pricing information made by Us and/or received by Us from Our suppliers.
- If We do cancel Your Order We will notify You by email and will re credit to Your account any sum deducted by received by Us from Your credit card or Direct Debit as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of Your Order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered..
We must be notifed of any changes to your order within 24 hours of payment being received.
If the Goods or the fabric You Order are unavailable We will notify You and suggest a suitable replacement.
Product Descriptions and Measurements
The product information and photographs contain within Our online store are provided for illustrative purposes only and We cannot warrant that they are accurate. It is Your responsibility to ensure that You have ordered the correct size.
Every attempt will be made by The Internet Blind Shop, to ensure that the Goods sold and delivered match in every respect any sample or description shown, any minor or immaterial variation or change in colour or pattern between the description and the Goods delivered shall not entitle You to reject the Goods nor to claim any compensation for such variation or change. Colour names for bottom rails, do not relate to exact matches to roller blind fabrics.
We reserve the right to change the Goods, in the Endeavour to improve the manufacturing, parts or to alleviate stock delays on parts. At no time will the Goods be downgraded in quality from the description.
Delivering Your Goods
The Internet Blind Shop will deliver Your Goods to the address You have provided on the order form for delivery within 21 days of confirmation of your order, unless a later date is agreed by You.
While every reasonable effort is made to meet the expected delivery time, we cannot be held responsible for any delays outside our control. The Internet Blind Shop will not be held responsible for Goods that You receive damaged in transport or lost.
Delivery costs are $20 for Packaging and Handling, plus $5 for each item on the same order.
If Your Goods have a defect within the warranted period, You are entitled to return them to Us provided You have first contacted Us through our email address shown at Our online store giving us details of the defects, but only if We have decided that the Goods should be returned to Us. If the Goods appear to be defective We will promptly arrange
- For a courier to collect the defective Goods from You in order to repair the Goods and return the repaired Goods to You free of charge; or
- For a courier to collect the defective Goods from You and simultaneously deliver replacement Goods or parts to You of a similar quality, free of charge; or
If the Goods are not defective, or are returned to Us after the warrented period, or they have been modified, misused or the subject to negligence, You will be responsible for the payment of Our charges on a time and materials basis in respect of any repairs and collection and return of the Goods which We agree to carry out at Your request. We shall be entitled to debit your credit card, which You placed Your Order on, provided We notify You of the amount of such charges before carrying out the repair.
Except where You are a consumer, The Internet Blind Shop will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage or loss of profits arising out of Our supply or failure to supply the Goods to You.
No statement, description, or recommendation contained in any catalogue, price list, advertisement, communication, and the pages of this online store or by any employee or agent of The Internet Blind Shop shall be interpreted so as to enlarge, vary or override in any way any of these terms and conditions.
Events Beyond our Control
We shall have no liability to You for any failure to deliver Goods You have ordered or for any delay in doing so or for any change of the specified delivery date or for any damage or defect to Goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond Our reasonable control including, without limitation, third party default, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
If any part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which We exclude our liability to You) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.
Your details will not be used or passed on to outside companies, mail order or marketing contacts in regulations with The Australian Privacy Act.
